Developments in logistics
The national railways in the countries of the German Reich
are regional monopolies, and provide the main means of
transport for passengers and goods. Increasing volumes
of transported goods in the 20s boost the growth of the
Reichsbahn railway network. At the same time, businesses
increasingly recognize that flexible truck transport offers
major advantages in terms of service and cost. |
